We strive to provide a home like and inspiring environment through our welcoming classrooms and outdoor areas that are not only educationally beneficial but also inspire the children to independently navigate their own learning and play, and which will enhance their imaginations and creativity. We believe in allowing the environment to be the third teacher, developing the skills of the children to their full potential as they challenge themselves. We believe it is important to educate the children on the importance of cultural diversity and acceptance that will allow the children to gain a sense of belonging with the local and wider communities.


We believe young children are the first ambassadors for future generations and as educators we can guide the children to realise the significance of caring for and protecting their environment. We believe in promoting sustainable practices in everyday learning. Educators, children and families collaborate to show appreciation and respect for our environment. At Little Trooper Child Care, we would like to acknowledge and welcome the traditional landowners of Australia. We would like to pay respect to the elders both past and present of the Cadigal, Wangal and Bediagal clans of the Dharug tribe, and extend our respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island members within our community.
